Patient is a 31-year-old female with a history of nasal trauma and difficulty breathing. She was bothered by her very wide nose, dorsal bump and ill-defined tip and wanted her nose to look more elegant for her upcoming wedding. She was very self-conscious regarding having her photos taken, and wanted to feel beautiful on her special day.

Rhinoplasty with septoplasty, with reduction of nasal dorsal hump, and contouring of nasal tip cartilages. Cartilage grafts were placed for structural integrity to improve the patient’s breathing which was normal post-operatively.

48-year-old female who has always wanted to have a more elegant nose that does not turn down when she smiles. Specifically she wanted her nasal tip to be slimmer and her profile to be more elegant without looking like a “nose job”.

Rhinoplasty with narrowing of nasal bones, take down of dorsal nasal hump, and contouring of nasal tip cartilages. Patient also underwent facial rejuvenation surgery.

Patient is a 32-year-old female who has always been bothered by the appearance of her nose. Specifically she does not like her broad and drooping nasal tip and the wide nasal bones that make her nose appear harsh and unfeminine. She would like a nose that appears more elegant with more tip definition that does not turn down when she smiles. She also would like to soften her other facial features with fat transfer where appropriate.

Rhinoplasty with reduction of nasal dorsum, contouring and rotation of nasal tip cartilages and narrowing of nasal bones. The patient also had a total of 30cc of fat injected in the face including nasolabial folds, jawline, chin, upper and lower lips and corners of the mouth. The patient was delighted with the results noting how much vibrant and attractive she feels.

25-year-old female who desired a more feminine, elegant, and sculpted nose that complemented her other facial features. She did not like the large dorsal hump, or the nasal tip that seemed too wide without sharp features.

19-year-old female who desired a more elegant nose. She was 5’10” tall and wanted a possible career in modeling. It was suggested that she add lip augmentation to the nasal surgery, and that she lose a small amount of weight to further define her facial bone structure.

24-year-old female who desires a more elegant nose that better accentuates her features. Specifically, she wants to address her irregular nasal dorsum and lack of tip definition, with a mild takedown of a small dorsal hump. She would like a “model’s nose”.

Rhinoplasty with removal of dorsal hump, narrowing of the nasal bones, and tip refinement with sculpting of nasal cartilages.

20-year-old female with a strong “family nose” that lacked tip definition and was over-projecting. She wanted a more elegant nose that both complemented and enhanced her facial features.
