The patient also inquired about the hollowness beneath her eyes that seemed to accentuate the fullness.

Transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty (no external incisions) with fat transfer to face for a total of 8cc including lower eyelids and midface. Notice how much healthier and attractive she appears with addition of the fat to the midface.

Patient is a 68-year-old female who in her younger years enjoyed feeling and looking very attractive.
