Patient is a 59-year-old female who had always disliked her thick and bulbous nose, and desired a more elegant profile that appeared more feminine.
She underwent a Rhinoplasty with Septoplasty and reduction of the nasal dorsum, reduction and suture contouring of the nasal tip, and fascial graft to the radix to soften the transition of the forehead to nose. She was ecstatic with her surgical result, and feels beautiful.
Patient 41
Patient is a 15-year-old female who since she can remember has been very self-conscious of her nose and felt that it is too large and hooked, and without any specific shape at its tip. She would avoid photographs whenever she could, and lacked the self-confidence of her peers. She desired a more proportionate nose that better complemented her facial features and made her feel pretty.

Patient 44
Patient is a 36-year-old female who traveled from Mexico with a long-standing desire to have a more attractive nose. Since she could remember, she had been bothered by her plunging nasal tip, her wide nasal bones, and the prominent dorsal hump she had on her side profile. Because of the dislike of the way her nose appeared, she did not like having her picture taken, and disliked the way her nasal tip would go down when she smiled, making her feel insecure. She wanted a more feminine appearing nose that looked elegant, and would better enhances her facial features.
Rhinoplasty with Septoplasty and reduction of nasal hump, narrowing of nasal bones, placement of cartilage grafts to support and maintain increased nasal tip projection, and reduction and suture contouring of nasal tip cartilages. She also underwent an upper blepharoplasty. She was delighted with the results, and feels feminine and beautiful now.
Patient 45
Patient is a 32-year-old female with a long-standing desire for a more elegant and feminine nose. She felt that she inherited her father’s nose, and that it did not match her other features for which she is quite pleased. She thought that her nose was too wide, and her nasal tip lacked definition giving her an unrefined appearance. She wanted a nose that would better accentuate and complement her facial features and make her feel more beautiful.
Rhinoplasty with reduction and narrowing of nasal bones, contouring of nasal tip with suture and cartilage grafting techniques, and placement of fascial graft at nasal radix (superior aspect of nose) to soften the forehead-nasal confluence. She is only 5 weeks after surgery and absolutely delighted with her results although still quite swollen. She can expect 15-20% reduction of nasal size with much improved nasal definition in the future.

Patient is a 23-year-old female model who has long standing difficulty breathing from nasal septal deviation. She has notedas she has aged that her nose has become more shifted to one side, and would like to improve her nasal breathing along with straightening her nose and softening her profile. She expressed concerns that she wanted changes to be subtle, basically just refinement.

Rhinoplasty with septoplasty, with narrowing and equalization of nasal bone positions and suture contouring of nasal tip cartilages. She also had reduction of her dorsal hump and placement of a fascial graft to the radix (the top of her nose between the eyebrows) to make the nose appear shorter and more feminine. The nostrils were also reduced to complement her smaller and more feminine nose.

Patient is a 36-year-old female who desired a more elegant version of her current nose. She felt that her nose was too wide and her tip was too bulbous and did not like the fact that it turned down when she smiled, especially in photographs. She liked the small bump on the side of her nose as it runs in her family and wanted to keep a small portion of it. She had difficulty breathing after an old injury and wanted to fix this as well.

Patient 54
Patient is a 50-year-old Asian female with a long-standing desire improve the appearance of her nose. She disliked her profile, and felt that her nose lacked adequate projection, especially near the brows. She wanted a thinner nose, with a more contoured and feminine nasal tip and nostrils. She wanted to avoid a silicone implant along the nasal dorsum, choosing rather to use her own tissue if possible.
Rhinoplasty with septoplasty, and placement of facial/cartilaginous graft to the nasal dorsum to provide height and projection. She also underwent contouring of her nasal tip with suture techniques and placement of a cartilaginous tip graft to add angularity and tip projection. Lastly, the nasal bones were narrowed, giving balance and proportion to the nose, further highlighting her cheekbones and eyes. Please note her beautiful dorsal aesthetic lines. Patient is a 36-year-old female who desires a more elegant nose that complements her facial features. As long as she can remember she has not liked having her picture taken, especially the side view as she feels that her nose looks too big and masculine. She would like a more refined profile and more feminine nasal tip. She has thought of having this done as long as she can remember, but hesitated because she has wanted a very natural appearing result.

Specifically she does not like the crooked appearance of the nose when looking from the front, and the hump from the side makes her self-conscious about having her picture taken. She would like a straighter more attractive appearing nose that suits her face and does not look operated upon.

17 year-old-female who would like to have a prettier nose while maintaining her ethnicity. Specifically she does not like the hump on her profile and the feels that her nose is too wide. She is also bothered by the fact that her nasal tip goes down when she smiles and subsequently she does not like to have her picture taken.

Patient 58
Patient is a 40-year-old female who had always desired a more feminine and elegant appearing nose. She did not like the width of her nose, and the masculine bump on her profile that she inherited from her father. She felt that it lacked the beautiful lines she sees on noses in magazines and wanted to achieve a nose that looked natural and complemented her facial features. Also, as she has aged, her face has become hollow and increasingly elongated, emphasizing her fatigued appearing eyes and narrow jawline. She wanted to look more attractive.
Rhinoplasty with reduction of nasal dorsum, narrowing of nasal bones, contouring of nasal tip cartilages and placement of fascial grafts to the glabella (region below eyebrows at top of nose) to soften and elongate her profile which actually makes the nose look shorter. She also underwent facial fat transfer for a total of 31cc injected to the lower eyes, midface, cheekbones, cheeks, jawline, and upper and lower lips. Photographs are 6 months post-op and her fat transfer volume is stable.
