Evoke, developed by InMode, is an innovative and cutting-edge facial remodeling technology used to restructure the skin and fat tissues in your face. Evoke allows you to transform your facial structure with minimal physician contact and no downtime.

What is InMode Evoke?

Evoke is an advanced hands-free facial restructuring device that provides facial cosmetic enhancements without surgeries, incisions, or downtime. This is a non-invasive technology that alters and restructures the skin and fat tissues in your face and submental regions. By remodeling or restructuring these areas, Evoke provides the cosmetic enhancements you need, making your skin look younger and more vibrant.

How does InMode Evoke Work?

Evoke consists of hands-free applicators that are attached to your face and submental regions. These applicators deliver bipolar radiofrequency (RF) energy to the targeted regions. The radiofrequency energy heats the Fibro Septal Network (FSN) by seeping into the skin. Evoke maintains continuous and uniform temperature through the applicators, restructuring the skin cells and the deeper subcutaneous fat tissues for optimal results.

What are my Options with InMode Evoke?

  • Evoke Face: Hands-free applicators are attached to your face, specifically the cheeks and jowl. Once activated, they deliver radiofrequency energy to restructure facial tissues.
  • Evoke Neck: Hands-free applicators are set in place to target your chin, jaw and submental areas. Once activated, they safely deliver radiofrequency energy to remodel tissue in these areas and improve its appearance.

What Areas of the Body Can be Treated with InMode Evoke?

Evoke by InMode is designed specifically for the treatment of the facial and submental regions, including the cheeks, jowls, chin and jawline.

What are the Benefits of InMode Evoke?

  • Hands-Free Technology: The Evoke procedure consists of a single device with several hands-free applicators — that’s all it takes to significantly remodel and improve your face on a structural level.
  • Effective: This procedure uses radiofrequency energy to restructure the skin tissues and fat layers around your face, neck and submental areas. It works immediately and is highly effective.
  • Natural Appearance: There are no incisions or injections of foreign substances. As such, the results look completely natural.
  • Safe: Evoke is a completely non-invasive and non-surgical procedure. The device channels radiofrequency energy into the skin, but there are no incisions or sutures. As such, there’s little to no risk of side effects or complications.
  • Minimal Contact: Evoke is a hands-free device, so there’s minimal direct contact with a physician. Your cosmetic surgeon or physician will supervise the procedure and control the device’s temperature, but there’s no need for direct contact.
  • Painless: There’s no pain or discomfort associated with the procedure. At most, you’ll feel slight warmth during the procedure and mild redness after the procedure.
  • No Downtime: You can resume most of your daily activities soon after the treatment.
  • Comfortable: Most people relax with a book, watch TV, or nap while the device provides facial remodeling.

Is InMode Evoke Safe?

Evoke by InMode is a safe and non-surgical procedure with a negligible risk of side effects, complications, or discomfort. Furthermore, this is a hands-free technology that requires minimal oversight. You can achieve your cosmetic goals with minimal face-to-face contact with a doctor or physician, making it the ideal cosmetic treatment for social distancing.

Evoke also has several safety features to ensure it functions correctly. It includes audible indicators that release a sound when the optimal temperature is reached. The device also includes a patient call button to communicate with your physician without direct contact.

Practice Policy Update Regarding COVID-19

Dear Patients,

It is with great pleasure that I announce the reopening of my practice for both surgical and non-surgical services on May 1, 2020. As per the governor Ducey's executive order on April 22, 2020, elective surgery has been allowed to proceed, with appropriate precautions taken by health care professionals to ensure continued vigilance against the spread of Covid-19.

Our office staff and the staff of Paradise Valley Cosmetic Surgery Center and Surgical Recovery Center have proactively taken necessary precautions to meet strict criterion for health providers according to the state of Arizona. These include necessary patient screening for Covid-19, strict protocols for cleaning offices and treatment rooms, adequate PPE, and continued social distancing. As before, waiting areas will have minimal capacity, and friends and family members should not accompany one into offices or treatment areas.

With great anticipation we welcome you back to the practice, and wish you all continued health and safety.

Sincerely, Daniel Shapiro MD, FACS
