Patient is a 66 year-old- female who had a facelift in the past and feels that as she has gotten older her face has become distorted and pulled looking and her eyes that were once her best feature, look quite sad and fatigued. Patient 46
Patient is a 68-year-old female who in her younger years enjoyed feeling and looking very attractive. She had always had high cheekbones, and a sculpted neck and well-defined jawline, but these attributes seemed to fade in her late 50’s. She began to feel quite matronly, and was bothered by her full neck which resembles her mother’s, and her very down-turned mouth which made her appear constantly angry. She wanted to appear younger and more attractive.
