Patient is a 18 year-old female who desired a more attractive and feminine appearing nose. She felt that her nose resembled her father’s and that it detracted from her otherwise delicate features. She felt that it deviated to the right, was over-projecting, and the tip was bulbous and unrefined. She would love a beautiful nose but had been hesitant to undergo nasal surgery because she had yet to find a surgeon she trusted.
Procedure: Rhinoplasty with septoplasty, narrowing and equalization of the nasal bones with reduction of dorsal hump. She also had contouring and reduction of the nasal tip cartilages and placement of a fascial graft to the nasal radix (the top of the nose between the eyebrows) in order to make the nose appear shorter and perkier as she desired. She was elated with the appearance of her new nose.
Patient 1
Patient is a 20-year-old female who desired to have a more refined nose with better tip definition. She had been bothered by the appearance of her profile in photographs, and had considered a rhinoplasty in the past, but had been hesitant as she wanted to maintain her ethnicity. She wanted a nose that better complemented her facial features without appearing “done”.
Rhinoplasty with reduction of dorsal hump, narrowing of nasal bones with refinement of dorsal aesthetic lines, and recontouring of nasal tip cartilages. Patient 2
Patient is an 18 year-old-female who had forever been bothered by her profile and the size of her nostrils. She tried to avoid photographs taken from her side, and was constantly filtering them when she saw them on her phone. She was not happy with the width of her nose and that it turned down when she smiled. She wanted a smaller and more feminine nose that appeared perky and pretty.

Patient 3
27 year-old-female who has long desired to have a more elegant nose that better matched her facial features. Specifically she does not like the pronounced dorsal hump that makes her feel self conscious about her appearance, and consequently avoids having her picture taken. She would like to have a more refined appearing nose with a softer profile and more feminine nasal tip . She has always dreamed of having a “model’s nose”.

Patient 4
Patient is a 21-year-old female with a long-standing desire to have a beautiful nose. She did not like the hump on her nose, and felt that the nasal tip was both broad and down-turned, especially in photos when she was smiling. She was aware of her otherwise attractive features, and wanted a nose that accentuates her eyes, cheekbones, and lips.
Rhinoplasty with septoplasty with reduction of large dorsal hump and placement of cartilaginous grafts for establishment of dorsal aesthetic lines and nasal tip support. She also underwent contouring of her nasal tip reduction of her nostrils. A fascial graft was placed at her deep radix (between the eyebrows at the top of the nasal bridge) to soften her profile and make it appear more feminine. She was over the moon with her post-operative result. She feels beautiful now.
Patient 5
Patient is a 20-year-old female who had difficulty breathing after a previously unsuccessful septoplasty that left her with a deviated nose and continued problems breathing. She disliked that her nose bent to the right, and wanted to reduce her dorsal hump and asymmetric and bulbous nasal tip. She is aware of her prominent bone structure, and hoped for her nose to appear more feminine, elegant and better proportioned to the rest of her facial features. She also very much wants to breathe better due to her deviation.

Patient is a 19-year-old Hispanic woman who had long desired a more defined and elegant nose to complement her facial features. She did not like her bulbous and thick nasal tip, and wished she had a more tapered and feminine nasal contour that looked more like a model’s nose. She desired a perkier profile with less nostril prominence.
Rhinoplasty with contouring of nasal bones (reduction of nasal hump and thinning of nasal bones) with increased nasal tip angularity and projection through the use of internal cartilage grafts. She also had placement of a fascial graft to the radix (the top of the nasal bridge where it meets the forehead) to soften her profile and complement her increase the angularity of her nose. She was absolutely ecstatic with the result of her rhinoplasty and is pictured here 6 months post-op.

Patient 7
Patient is a 35 year-old-female who had a long standing desire for a more defined and feminine appearing nose.She felt that her nose was too wide and bulbous and that her nose was “the first thing that people looked at”. She wanted a nose with balance, proportion and a nose that looked like she was born with".
Rhinoplasty with reduction of nasal tip projection and width, and narrowing of the nasal bones. Special attention was given to contouring her nasal tip cartilages and “tweaking” her skin envelope to give a more angular nose with better definition that better complements her facial features.
Patient 8
Patient is a 33-year-old female with a desire to make her nose appear more elegant and attractive. She felt that her nose appeared too long with a bulbous and irregular nasal tip, and long flared nostrils. When she smiled her nose would widen and displace inferiorly. She wanted her nose to look softer and better complement her nasal features.
Rhinoplasty with Septoplasty and reduction of dorsum and contouring of nasal tip cartilages. The entire nasal complex was brought in closer to her face and her nostrils were reduced. Finally, a fascial graft was placed at the top of the nose to soften the transition from her forehead to nose. She was extremely pleased with her result.
Patient 9
Patient is a 23-year-old female model who has long standing difficulty breathing from nasal septal deviation. She has notedas she has aged that her nose has become more shifted to one side, and would like to improve her nasal breathing along with straightening her nose and softening her profile. She expressed concerns that she wanted changes to be subtle, basically just refinement.
Rhinoplasty with repair of deviated nasal septum, reduction of nasal hump and contouring of the nasal tip cartilages. The nasal bones were actually widened in addition to straightening them to add further proportion to her face. She is extremely happy with her results, and breathes normally.
