In the recent past, she was involved in a motor vehicle accident with causing inferior and lateral displacement of the right breast fold. She desired more symmetric breasts with more pronounced cleavage.

48-year-old female who is status post previous mastopexy augmentation who wants perkier breasts that do not look and feel so matronly. She wants more superior breast fullness with small nipple areola areas.

Patient is a 28-year-old female who had a previous breast augmentation with asymmetry of the breasts that made it difficult to comfortably wear a bra, and made the patient self-conscious of the appearance of her breasts when unclothed. She desires breasts that appear more symmetric and a bit more voluptuous

Patient is a 37-year-old female who had undergone a previous subglandular silicone breast augmentation performed by another surgeon and had lack of lateral volume due to malposition of her breast implants. She desired fuller breasts with more medial cleavage.
Modification of breast pockets, breast implant exchange with moderate profile, smooth silicone cohesive gel implants, 560cc in subpectoral position. The patient was thrilled with her result.
Patient 25
Patient is a 54-year-old female with long standing saline breast implants that were placed in the subpectoral position with a perioareolar lift. She was concerned about additional scarring on the breasts and wanted to limit scars to the nipple areolar complex. She desired her breasts to be fuller, more symmetric, and her nipples to be even and at the same position. She is 5’5”, weighs 125lbs., and wanted to stay roughly in the D cup range.
