Patient 18

34-year-old female who has had two children andunderwent previous gastric bypass for obesity. She subsequently lost 150 lbs and wanted to address the loss of volume and droopiness of her breasts, and the excess skin and laxity of her abdomen. She wanted to complete her journey to redefining herself both physically and mentally, and desired to look both attractive and proportioned.

Procedure: Bilateral breast lift with placement of bilateral 616cc cohesive silicone gel implants, abdominoplasty with liposuction of abdomen. Photographs are 3 months post surgery, and the midline abdominal scar will fade appropriately. B-cup to D-cup breasts.
