Patient 9

43-year-old female who desires to have smaller, perkier breasts. She had previous subglandular breast augmentation, and feels that her breasts are too heavy, with no superior fullness, and make her look heavy.

Procedure: Exchange of 550cc breast implants from subgladular to subpectoral position with placement of 421cc smooth silicone cohesive gel implants and bilateral mastopexy.
