25 year-old-female who has been bothered by her nose since she can remember. While her sisters have beautiful and elegant noses that fit their faces, she seems to have inherited her father’s nose that is broad, has a hump, and lacks tip definition. She desires a more elegant nose that accentuates her facial features while maintaining her ethnicity.

Procedure: Rhinoplasty with narrowing of nasal bones, take down of dorsal hump, and contouring of nasal tip cartilages.
