45-yea-old female who is athletic and watches her weight, but constantly has to address deep folds and diminishing facial volume with soft tissue fillers. She desires a more youthful appearing face with voluptuous fullness, and would like a longer lasting treatment.

Procedure: fat injections to the face for a total of 24cc, with injections to the lips, nasolabial folds, jawline, and cheeks.
