52-year-old female who desires to look younger and more attractive. She feels that she looks tired and weathered, and used to feel quite pretty, but over the past 3-4 years has seen gradual loss of her cheek and jawline definition, and wants her neck to appear more youthful. She is beginning to feel like she looks like an “old lady”.

Procedure: Facelift, endoscopic browlift, upper and lower blepharoplasty with canthopexy, fat transfer to face including lower eyelids, cheekbones, cheeks, and jawline. (Notice how the fat gives better proportion to the jawline and chin)
