Patient 3

34-year-old female who has had two children and underwent gastric bypass surgery for obesity with subsequent loss of 150 lbs. She desires to replace the lost volume of her breasts while simultaneously addressing the droopiness and excess skin. She desires to be in the D-cup range.

Procedure: Bilateral breast lift with placement of bilateral 616cc cohesive silicone gel implants. Patient went from B-cup to D-Cup breasts. Patient also underwent and abdominoplasty with liposuction.
