Patient 2

59-year-old female who desires attractive arms that appear more proportioned with her athletic body. She often wears sleeveless tops including tank-tops, and would like to avoid a traditional brachioplasty scar. She has moderately good skin tone and minimal to moderate fat excess of her arms.

Procedure: minimal-incision brachioplasty with scar restricted to the axilla combined with tumescent liposuction of the arms.
